I have a big set of Pilates videos, but in them, I don’t see the tiny corrections and adjustments like Paula’s, here. That’s the thing about having fitness models doing the exercises in commercial videos. They already KNOW what they’re doing, and we THINK we know by watching. However, we really need someone to guide us in every nuance of each movement. The optimum thing would be personal training, but second best is watching the trainer correct the technique of the person in the video.

Great workout but the thing about this video is she states to bring the chin to the chest….you should always keep neck in alignment with the spine, there is so much pull going on in the neck here that is can cause injury…this is where I think Pilates goes wrong!

    Love this workout!

I use a Little Black Book-Daily Food Diary with a Workout Journal to keep track of what I need to change up or focus on!

My cardiologist loves the results! Food diaries are suggested by The Biggest Loser, WebMD, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Kaiser Permanente, Family Circle and SHAPE Magazine!

Never understood pilates Concepts seem too complicated, if you want strength do weights, core, push ups, whatever and combine it with yoga.

Rarely we can find cool theme for WordPress. There are very nice themes, but very limited in settings. I installed recent versions of Crackatoa, My Office, Red Steel, DesignPile, also I tried also Heatmap – simple, but optimized for AdSense. Not very often I can find something simple but rich in settings.
