when i went to the army we had to do that farmers walk with two cherry cans each weighing 20 kg had to do 5 laps of 30 meters

- His breathing is very bad in this VID. Exercises are good, but the breathing is very poor to be posting a YouTube. Do more cardio first.

Wow dude,u’re a genius. To use a farmer’s walk,planks and altogether core work in the beginning of the session???!! This is a nonsense… and if you gassing out and puffing after few exercises it says a lot about your “Bear strength”. Try to read more theory boy. Preferably not glossy fitness magazines. Your knowledge is equal your conditioning level and your conditioning level is…. well it’s not zero,no,it’s a bit better lol

You know, I like it just the way it is. It IS REALITY with your heart pounding and on the edge of anaerobic threshold.
This has nothing to do with “unsure” or superficial appearances. It is AMAZING how many people have have so much advice for this guy, yet they would be a collapsed heap on the floor when he is just “breathing shallow”.
Would you also advise makup and powder so he does not look so glossy and “perspiring”.?

Vince – breathe more deeply when you talk to people. You’ll sound calmer and more authoritative. If you stand stiller that effect will increase again. Being fidgety on your feet, breathing shallow and panting (in the intro anyway) make you seem uncomfortable and unsure of yourself.

it doesnt affect your growth but breathing properly insures the maximum amount of oxygen is getting to your blood and in turn to your muscles, allowing them to work more efficiently so they dont fatigue as quick

it dosent matter how you breathe with weights training, if dosent affect growth what so ever, maybe if ur doing yoga or sumshit

You are supposed to inhale on the relaxation of the movement and exhale on the contraction.
