    being a slender male isn’t a crime ppl.. how come ppl never tell cyclist or marathon runners they are too skinny.. being fit and healthy doesn’t mean having a fitness model physique.. ppl think so commercial… smh

    just bought the resistance band 2days ago… my arms are SOOOO very sore lol i could barely fasten my seat belt b4 driving lol . its all gonna be worth it though

    All of you commenting on how he needs to eat more, do you have any idea how stupid that sounds? Some people have a very high metabolism and different body types as you all should know since you are watching this video. I think you need less ignorance in your diet…….

    resistance bands is one of best training i do. I’m 16 and my arms are huge! Restance bands is my secret ; )

    Nice vids man just what i was looking for, just bought some bands from elastitone, wow, i had some cheap ones from aylio but the just broke and the cheeky buggers tried to charge me for more, so i decided to get some by elastitone, they use a new multi layer technology, and all i can say is they are awesome, miles more resistance, and the hook system they use is amazing, they are huge! thats one thing i would recommend, getting bands with a hook system, so much more you can do with them!

    when you are reading thid do not stop or else something bad will happen! (sorry about this) this girl’s name is summer, she is 15 years old and has blonde hair,many scars, and she has no ears. she is dead. if you don’t copy this to more than 5 videos, she will appear one dark quiet night when you are not expecting it beside your bed with a knife and going to kill you. this is no joke. if you send this on 5 more videos something good will happen to you.

    @WilmaBridget Now do you really mean lose fat or just build muscle. Yes i’m a woman and am trying to shed a few pounds by Christmas and keep it off for good. I’ve had a resistance band for years but a light bulb recently went off in my head saying hey you could exercise with that thing lol.

    @jenevajones991 Of course :) If you don’t want to get skinny just make sure you eat enough and you won’t get as skinny as him – women have more fat than men anyway so don’t worry about it. If you do get too skinny just eat more but doing these exercises you will definately build muscle/lose fat and tone up.

    @jenevajones991it builds muscle,but if you want to lose weight then you should go to your local gym and get a personal trainer.
    it will help you get fit.trust me

    Hey great workout, im definitely gonna give it a try tomorrow, but i have one question. When i do my rows, if i do the row motion wider will it hit my lats more? Because my lats are really lagging.

    are there any exercises that are good for pectorals, also I don’t want to lose weight, is there a good way to use these that does not burn calories.

    So can women do this too, or is it just for skinny guys like you?  I wanna be fit, but not as thin as this, keep my curves, but toned, possible with this kind of exercise?
