I guess I slept wrong or I stretched out my back too much but doing the first exercise felt good and so did the second one but the third one make me groan a lot. Be careful with the last one and do it SLOWLY. Doing it too fast will obviously increase the pain and the term no pain no gain does not work here. Lol.

I don’t have back problems, just spent the weekend hunched over playing video games and my middle back hurts. It helped for about 2 minutes…I want my 2 minutes back!

No, Ron, not a PT, but my wife is an ATC and worked with PTs clinically who have used these exercises with incredible success. :-)

This guy is not a PT (obviously). Please consult your Dr. before doing these exercises. I’ve had back pain, and if I did this movements it would have made me worse. Be careful.

Guys, be careful. If you have real back problems, like a ruptured disc or have had back surgery recently like me (i had a micro-discectemy on L4-L5), it might not be a good idea to twist your spine like he does, he does it a little violently (for a person with disc problems). The last exercise he does is better if you don’t rotate your hips and simply do an extension by placing your hands on your hips and SLOWLY lean your upper body back, you’ll feel your lower spine flex.
