Most people can’t keep the low back straight when they roll it on a foam roller and end up going into extreme lumber extension. I suggest using as tennis ball against the wall to get into the low back as that will limit the lumbar extension and protect the back better. Hope this helps…

James, Ian here, Hey good video and thanks for all your hard work and the DB system…let me ask is there a reason to avoid the lower back with the roller..?
