Left sij upslip, get your sacrum fixed and forget about the pain. Stop doing those stretches it’s gonna lead to even more instability. Can you seat cross legged???
Almost sure you have tight piriformis on the left. Are there any clicking when doing triangle pose?

ever heared of FAI Hip Impingement syndrome? your left side strethch seemed a lot more flexble than right.. The pain could be permeaating from the hip.. Just somkething to look into. A trip to asn orthopod/hip specialist may do you good. it is a relatively new condition in medical journals, so not all doctors may be clued up..

I tried chiropracty, massage, epidurals, exercise, etc. If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, or whatever it may be, there is a really great read called “Healing Back Pain” by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT “about” anatomy in general. You can google his name they probably have the book at your local library. P.S. I’ve had 2 discectomies in the past – didn’t know better, and…yeah, it’s a really worthwhile read.

From the images on the video I would say you have a torsion in your sacrum to the left. The left hip is different positioned than the right when you look at the shape of your pelvis.
Probably turning you upper body is easier to the left than to the right. Of course its hard to say from a video, but thats what it looks like. Also it seems as if your 3rd lumbar vertebrae is blocked.

Dr. Paul Sherwood (UK) has written a “must-read” book re: chronic back pain “Your Back, Your Health”. His treatment is based on Physiotherapy and Osteopathic techniques, tailored to his particular understanding of what causes the problem in the first place. He fixed my back completely. It is now up to back surgeons, Physiotherapy departments, osteopaths to take on board that his method CURES bad backs. The down side for practitioners is the fact that people recover and no longer need them.

if you are weighty, it will simply be that much harder to manage the pain. i used to suffer pretty bad pains myself and it really only got better i did lose some weight. it’s hard i know, but i figured … better the weight loss than the back pains … good luck!
