    I just had a major accident in our little rugby practice and I was playing prop for practice. The scrum collapsed and I got the worst end of it and my lower back has been killing me for a week. I’m going to try this before I go to sleep and when I wake up. Thanks for posting this video!

    lol im 17 with arthritis (how ever you spell it, doesn’t matter) and my lower back is all fucked up. couple weeks of this actually ended it, crazy shit man

    Thanks, this is probably the first (and only?) lower-back exercise that actually gives me some relief. I almost accepted the fact I’ll suffer from this ailment for the rest of my life (27 now). THANK YOU.

    And to all those youtube-heroes being insecure about their own bodies and fearing others’: you fear too much.

    your all so rude! and for what? i have seriously hurt my back three times in my life and let me tell you its one of the worst kinds of pain one can experience, imagine pain 24/7 and the inability to get comfortable or any kind of relief. you need these passive kinds of exercises to begin the healing process. and look what he is doing, giving help and advice to those who might need it, and in this world my friends, that is a rarity.
