    HuntHimDown, you hit the proverbial nail right on the head. It’s just plain bigotry for people to be quick to stereotype others without knowing what the f*ck they’re talking about. Anybody who’s seen Kim’s videos would know, or ought to know, that she doesn’t cut corners to get the rockin’ body she has. She typifies fitness for the simple reason that she lives that lifestyle. Her objective isn’t to be THIN, but to be FIT. I say she’s an exemplar of both fitness AND beauty. Rock on, Kim!

    oh and also, some people tend to have scratchy voices because of well let’s say cigarettes or then they just have scratchy voices and that’s it. You know kids can have really scratchy voices without puking, smoking or damaging their throats. And she doesn’t do this kind of workout for 5 minutes, she works out for more than 1 hour/day. Including really tough stuff she does with her personal trainer at the gym. Fitness models are fit. They don’t puke.

    omg it is definitely possible to exercise your body to look like that, if you eat healthy food! Meaning you can’t eat almost any sugar or food with a high amount of calories. And she’s a fitness model, not a high fashion/haute couture runway model. All models don’t puke or have anorexia/bulimia. Note the word fitness…! Fitness models eat really healthy food and workout almost every day. Maybe she doesn’t eat enough calories? She doesn’t eat stuff with a lot of calories, FAT or carbs in it.

    2. If you cannot tell what was meant by “dilluding” from the context of the sentence, then that’s a fault of your own.

    3. Spelling has nothing to do with the truth of what I’ve said, which is that it’s highly likely Kim Strother makes herself puke into a toilet regularly, & people deny it ’cause they like to hope it’s possible to exercise your way into a body like that.

    It’s hardly stereotyping when 1 in 4 women her age has an eating disorder. Yes it’s possible she doesn’t puke in the toilet but if she’s like most fit/skinny people her age, she occasionally feels guilty about eating a french fry and has no qualms about going to the bathroom to put a finger in her tonsils.

    Yeah you just know so much about her? 3min a day its her job to be a fitness model so I assume she works out more then 3min a day. Stop stereotyping her to the runway models that do look frail and sick. She looks tone and healthy.

    Why is everyone so worked up about my accusations of bulemia? do you all live in a fantasy world? You have no idea how many women are anorexic or bulemic. sorry to insult your little fitness idol but it’s my observation and it’s a good one (anyone wanna explain the scratchy bulemia voice and stringy neck? both obvious and common symptoms of forced vomiting). PS – if you think you can look like her by rolling around on a ball for 3 minutes a day you’re dilluding yourself.

    I’m not assuming… I’m using clues. If you don’t know that scratchy voice as a clue for forced puking, then you probably haven’t been around many bulemics. Of course I don’t KNOW… I’m just making an educated guess. Most models starve or puke. That’s just the reality. Odds are (with clues) that she does too. Sorry to break it to you.

    @planetdarwin I know a lot of women who are thin but don’t starve themselves or throw up. It’s about eating healthy most of the time and including that huge amount of exercise you were talking about. She’s clearly very active and does lots of cardio to keep fat off the muscles. Also, I’m sure genetics is playing a role. But I think assuming every skinny girl is bulimic or anorexic is as bad as assuming every curvy girl is lazy or unhealthy.

    Actually, you do. Most people, under their flub, have about that much muscle. It’s not building/toning muscle that’s the hard part (for most), but rather losing the fat to see what’s beneath. Rolling around on a mat for a few minutes a day doesn’t burn much. You can only do it by (1) huge amounts of exercise, (2) bulemia, or (3) starving yourself. It’s possible Kim does some of #1, but I suspect #2 and #3 also play a role, as with most models. The scratchy voice is an obvious clue.
