As I respect the push of fitness in the community I need to comment because of the amount of wrong information that gets out there. The first muscle that needs to fire is the Transverse Abdominis, not the glutes- as a physical therapist I see many of your clients in my clinic with LBP d/t performing these workouts without firing this muscle correctly. I like where you are going with these videos but make sure to stress the importance of TrA and Multifidus strengthening to reduce injuries
