is there a way to contact u? to make a long story short i been dealing with bad low back pain for 5 years and recently made progress with a new pt that did movments u describe in this video but i recently had a set back… u might be able to help , use to be strong and compete in powerlifting but cant no more and it sucks horrilbley

@ratkins72 He said reverse hypers. You can search it and look for the ones with Louie Simmons (who invented it).

nice self applied MET I never saw that approach to pelvic roation in Greenmans Principles of Manual Medicine. keep up the good work
