    @bornonice87 thanks for getting back to me… you were right, this week im fine, strengthening up! elbows still hurt though, might have to wear elbow pads hahah.. im a wimp!

    @NoosesGive most likely your just not use to the ab and shoulder workout the elbows however should not be hurting. the elbows hurt because of the floor

    ive just started this type of training, and its killing my elbows and shoulders…. stick with it? i feel like im doing damage!
    will this over time give me definition all over?

    Yeah niceness. I do a lot of these core exercises already, so it’s good to i) see I’m on the right page and ii) learn some interesting variations on the theme. Brilliant.

    @popsticky09 that will only do your abdominals. These are for the core. These exercises are really hard, give it a try.

    is it 15 reps in total or of each exercise? 15 forward backward crawl is pretty hard
