Awesome Tools for Back Pain

The Teeter Hang ups inversion is awesome!! I have owned mine for seven years! This is an amazing tool for my back pain. I have AS (ankolsing spondlylitis) which produces tremendous pain, stiffness and discomfort. I also suffered 7 herniated disks from a car accident  which only added to the pain.  I don’t know what I would do without this. This is the inversion table I own.

Here is a link for a comparison. You usually get what you pay for so the mid priced ones work great. Click here for more Inversion Tables.

I get on the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion table, I get tremendous relief. There is nothing like it. I really feel the decompression of my spine and I can move better afterward.

Less pain is one thing I enjoy, but there are many other benefits to inversion. Clients often tell me about yoga inversion for the anti-aging benefits, if they ever try this, I think they would buy it! I hope this finds its way to someone looking for relief from chronic back pain and hip pain.

The same force that used to drag you down is now helping you stretch. Those tired muscles elongate, your vertebrae gently separate and your discs have a little more room to enjoy the body’s healing circulation. Just a few minutes of inversion therapy every day may bring you relief from back and neck discomfort.

And forget about it. I can’t go anywhere without bringing something for SMR (self myofacial release) like a ball or foam roller especially.black-foam-rollers I have had many white ones and they smush, without holding up for two long. Finally, I found these and they last! If you travel short distances or long, you should bring some kind of tool to help get rid of the knots like a small lacrosse or tennis ball.

I pack a smaller one in a suitcase every time I take a road trip.

Speaking of road trips and traveling, here is a link to a video on how to get rid of the back pain from sitting. I wish I knew how to do this years earlier.

Thanks for posting this article. I’m definitely frustrated with struggling to search out pertinent and intelligent commentary on this subject. Everybody now goes to the very far extremes to either drive home their viewpoint that either: everyone else in the planet is wrong, or two that everyone but them does not really understand the situation. Many thanks for your succinct, relevant insight.
