On average it takes about three weeks to begin to see changes in your midsection, but two months to really see a very drastic change. Since this is the area where most of your organs are located, your body automatically stores fat in your mid section to keep your body safe. Therefore it takes longer than other areas of the body to see results. For best results you should do thirty minutes of cardio before hand. This will get your heart rate into a fat burning mode for better benefits in routine.

you aint doing the right shit. im telling you it’s all in cardio and diet. run/bike 50 mins a day and eat obviously healthy food just until you’re not hungry (dont eat until you’re full) and you got em in 3 months if you do it like a pro

sorry most of my message got deleted. do situps, planks, and ab45s. you can look up what a plank is or an ab45, but you can also ask your bro. also when you do crunches or situps, don’t bend your neck upwards. so, don’t bring your forehead to your knees, bring your nose/chin to your knees. Also, it’s unhelpful to do the same workout the next day after having done it the previous day. that causes muscle damage. give yourself a day or two in between. you’re young, so don’t push yourself too hard.

ive been doing this for about 2 weeks now… and it has all ready made a difference! i was comforatable w my stomache but wanted it to feel harder and more stable…. this video is the perfect amount of time and is helping alot!!! i also love the cheesiness of this video!! hahah right gang?? lol

Im 13 years of age and i want to get into shape for sertain personal reasons And i need to no a good ab workout iv been doing this for half a week now my neck strains badly i no im doing the workouts correct because i do it with my 18 year old brother anyone no any tips for a good ab workout for a 13 year old? thanks send me a personaly message

Ive been doing this for a week now and i can already feel my abs getting harder…. although i cant see the difference yet… i can deffinately feel my abs getting harder which is a great sign… now i just have to wait for it to start to show… and until then, ill just have to keep doing this daily… but i feel great already !

These exercises are quite good, but training your abs daily isn’t recommended. You’ll not get a sixpack by doing these exercises. yo do it wrong ;p dont use you lower back or neck to lift your body up
focus in on your abs
after a week you will do it fine without pain in your neck

I always stretch before and after doing working out, but with these, you want to be sure to get some good neck stretches in- it really helps. Also keeping your face up so that your eyes are on the ceiling helps ensure not pulling on your neck…but scroll back, I think this topic has been well covered.

@kabukirunaway this well obviously work if you get the form right and stay dedicated, as in do it for 3 or 4 months then look at your results

This is a great ab workout – did it all last year and had major improvements in my abs! Back at it again and lovin it! Whatever happened to this guy? He is great!

this video is really good
ive been doing it for 3 months now and i really do see an improvement. Im only 14 tho when i was around 10 i was really overweight and took it in to my own hands to loose weight i lost almost 2 stone in a year and now have access skin from it but i really do see an improvement
