    it’s crazy i’ve been doing this for one week and already see the results.. i must say that i do cardio 6 times a week / 30 minutes each time too, but this is targetting specific muscles and i can already feel the results. i used to do full sit up but crunch are better, less risk of hurting your back…

    yes running is a good cardio if you can get your heart rate to its target zone, which is essentially when it burns fat the most efficiently, if you do this every day or 3 times a week should be good, for 20 minutes each time, it will take a while but it will expose the abs you have been looking for

    @Raymondlk wouldn’t work out with that. any back problems? fix those first. u’re only gonna make it worse. trust me, i had first ever severe back pains a couple of weeks ago… i kept working out my abs & screwed up my back even more. rest your back until it’s literally 100% fine.

    You should not do this daily. Do it every other day and run everyday for like 30 minutes. Also workout. I do the p90x ab ripper and do it 4 times a week along with running and working out. I got my fat percentage from 20 to 11. I have been doing this for about 3-4 weeks and see results. Also just cut down on junk food and fast food and stick with it!

    @petestrat07 yeah im eating way less then i used to, already lost about 10 lbs but i want to lose another 10. and i never eat later then 7 pm.

    That all depends on your diet. You could be running for 30 mins 7 days per week but if you’re consuming more calories than you are burning you won’t lose weight. As the saying goes “you can’t out-run a bad diet.”

    I’m sure that if you diet is reasonable you will see results with what you are currently doing.

    on a couple of the excersizes i felt that way too, but once i made a few adjustments with my neck and back i felt the ab burn rather than the shoulders

    To efficiently burn bodyfat you need to get your heart rate up for an extended period of time. This exercise does burn calories but even thinking burns calories, it’s not enough to burn fat.
    Sit ups may give you more sculpted abs but it is your bodyfat percentage that allows you to see your abs ( usually about 10- 15 % bf you will start to see abs).
    You could have the biggest abs in the world but if they’re covered in fat you’ll never see them.

    Damn i do all the exact workouts from that video 2 months long and the results are good, i got a nice 6 pack…If u wanna real abs like i have u need to jogg, ride bike, some cardio training and do those exercies…
