guys just rememberr, doing do these exercises wont necessarily make ur abs “pop” out, u MUST do cardio running to make those packs visible

i doing 8min about month i see results but only on my up muscle its much bigger then before traning im imprest
buit my lower abs its shit i have some fat ;/ thats why but 8 min abs dont have enoght exersices for lower abs i will do this traning i start tomorow
so i start 5/03/2010 ill msg here after a 2 weeks and give detalis about improve

Unfortunately if you have abbs that look uneven like I do, it’s mostly due to genetics. There is no real way to fix it, but don’t beat yourself up to much about it. Most peoples abbs are uneven just as most people have one ear a little higher or lower than the other. The fact that you have abbs showing puts you way above most of the population anyways so don’t sweat the uneven thing:)
