lol only recommendation is to do it at the bottom step, old people might fall down the stairs! Serious caution! Over stretching the calf causes a world load of troubles so be careful!

Ok why does it still hurt even more after a stretch and it gets even tighter and how long before you feel a difference a week or even months since it has been a problem for years
